Terms of Use — Madani App

1. The service

Madani is a service for camel owners to follow their camels' reproduction and manage their herd: matings, pregnancy checks, births, embryo transfer, pedigree and reminders. It is owned and operated by Madani FZC.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your phone number and a verification code. You are responsible for your phone and for everything recorded from your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record about your camels.

3. Nature of the information

Estimates Madani shows, such as an expected delivery date or test results, are for guidance only and do not replace a qualified veterinarian.

4. Your data

Your herd data remains yours. We use it to run the service as described in the privacy policy, and you can delete your account and data from within the app at any time.

5. Madani in ChatGPT

• Connecting ChatGPT is optional, and you can disconnect it at any time in ChatGPT's settings.
• Nothing is saved to your herd until you press «حفظ» (Save) on a Madani card. Review the card before saving: what you save is recorded as if you had entered it in the app.
• ChatGPT's text answers can be wrong; your data as it is in Madani, and as Madani's cards show it, is the reference.
• Your use of ChatGPT itself is subject to OpenAI's terms and policies.
• Deleting camels, transferring ownership and payments are not available through ChatGPT; they are done in the app.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to access other people's data, disrupt or overload the service with automated requests, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Paid services

The app may offer paid plans or services; their prices and terms are shown in the app before any payment. DNA testing has its own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions or losses that result from relying on estimates or on ChatGPT's answers without review.

9. Governing law and amendments

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We may update them from time to time and will post the date above. In the event of any discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic text governs.
